Front Desk/Receptionist All classes are $2.00 at both Senior Centers. Through a donation by the Big Valley Lion's Club and ZD Wines in Napa to the Lakeport Center the following exceptions apply: Diabetics and Seniors 70 yrs and older will only pay $1.00. To encourage this as an exercise program there is a $5.00 maximum per week for anyone who attends more than two classes per week (includes all Senior Centers). Other activities at the Lakeport Center: Line Dance (or come and watch), Low-impact exercise class, painting group, Bingo, card playing, watch a movie (video movies every Thurs. 1:00 pm), Monthly dances, computer lessons, Monthly breakfasts: (3rd Sunday of the month 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon) They have a Nutrition Program, Outreach information and offer congregate meals Monday through Friday at 12:00 noon. Home-delivered meals are provided for frail, home-bound persons over the age of 60. They are also a site for Commodity Distribution, Tax preparation, 55 Alive driving classes, and have Outreach information. Space rentals are available. Please call Center for more information. Bingo : Every Monday; 1:30 - 5:00 p.m. Lunch: Monday through Friday at 12:00 noon Saturday breakfasts: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon with weekly specials at a reasonable price Monthly Dinner/Dances that are fun and festive: Dances are 3rd Wednesday of each month Diabetes information and support group; nutrition counseling Beautiful Memorial Rose Garden Outreach Department: Assistance and information to both senior and non-seniors including help with utility bill forms, peer counseling, in-home health providers, transportation needs etc. Meals-on -Wheels: Provides and delivers meals for homebound qualified clients. Thrift Shop: Operated Tuesday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Facilities available: for civic or private functions and comfortable meeting spaces at reasonable rates Please call Center for more information

Fitness Class Descriptions: call for current information as new classes are always added Line Dance - learn the basics with a variety of music including country, cha-chas, waltzes, and salsas. Shari Koch, instructor. Yoga (variety of levels) - with guided meditation to improve flexibility, posture, strength, power, and overall well-being. Mary Oom, Laurelee Roark and Steven Lewis, instructors. Pilates - isometric exercises to stretch, strengthen, tone, and align the body. Vera Crabtree, Tina Woelbling and Leann Harvey, instructors. T'ai Chi & Chi Gong - martial arts form of mindful movement, breath, centering and movements of chi (energy). Arch Kottler, instructor.
