Lakeport Senior Center class

I'd like to welcome you to my website.  My name is Shari Koch and I teach line dance in Lakeport and Lucerne located in Lake County, California.

I’ve been teaching at the Sutter Lakeside Wellness Center for 5 years, the Lakeport Senior Center for 4 1/2 years (3 classes) and the Lucerne Alpine Senior Center for 2 years.

Line dance is a great way to get out, meet new friends, exercise and forget any problems for an hour or so. There are different levels of classes so you can decide which level is the most stimulating for you.

As you can see we are very informal and just have a great time exercising to music.  Classes are open to all ages and we do encourage more guys out there to give it a try.  Come and join us!!!  Please contact me with any questions, comments or suggestions.
